Ann’s Wednesday Classes

10:00 AM - C.G.C. and INTERMEDIATE OBEDIENCE CLASS -
For dogs that have been through a basic, Good Manners or a beginners class. In this class you will prepare to take the Canine Good Citizen Test. You will sharpen and expand your dog’s skills by introducing it to the new sport of Rally Obedience. You will also begin to train your dog to work off leash. (6 weeks). Starts September 15.

12:00 PM - BEGINNERS GOOD MANNERS CLASS - Teach your dog how to be a good citizen. The goal is to cover basic obedience and to prepare the dog for the AKC Canine Good Citizen test. (6 weeks) Starts September 22.

6:30 PM - PUPPY KINDERGARTEN CLASS - For puppies between age 8 weeks and 16 weeks. Teach your puppy to learn how to learn and to love doing so! The class will also cover socialization, housetraining and basic behaviors. (6 weeks)
Starts September 22.

7:30 PM - BEGINNERS GOOD MANNERS CLASS - Teach your dog how to be a good citizen. The goal is to cover basic obedience and to prepare the dog for the AKC Canine Good Citizen test. (6 weeks) Starts September 22.

Ann’s Thursday Classes

9:00 AM - PUPPY KINDERGARTEN CLASS - For puppies between age 8 weeks and 16 weeks. Teach your puppy to learn how to learn & to love doing so! The class will also cover socialization, housetraining & basic behaviors. (6 weeks) Starts September 23.

10:00 AM - ADVANCED OBEDIENCE - A class that specifically deals with off lead work needed for OPEN (retreiving jumping), NOVICE Obedience and ADVANCED and EXCELLENT Rally. It is for those who are interested in showing their dogs in performance sports. Starts September 16.

12:00 PM - RALLY OBEDIENCE - Learn to take part in the new Dog Sport of Rally Obedience. Learn how to perform a Rally Course and the Rally Signs. Train your dog rom on lead to off lead. (6 weeks) Starts September 23.

1:00 - CANINE MUSICAL FREESTYLE - This class combines obedience, choreography and music in the fun new sport of Canine Freestyle also known as dancing with your dog. Starts September 23.

DROP-IN RUN-THROUGHS TAKE PLACE EVERY THURSDAY!

5:30 to 7:30 - DROP-IN RUN-THROUGHS - Two Rings - One ring Rally and one ring Traditional Obedience -Utility, Open, $10 per dog. Held weekly.

7:30 to 8:30 - DROP-IN CONFORMATION HANDLING RUN-THROUGHS - $10 per person. Held weekly.

Ann's Saturday Classes

1:00 PM - POLISHING AND PROOFING CLASS FOR PERFORMANCE! -
This class will cover all levels of Obedience & Rally to prepare the dog and handler team for the Obedience Ring and Rally Ring. Covers both AKC and UKC formats. (It will be an on going class - join anytime) Cost $110 for 6 sessions or $20 per single drop in session. This class does not meet every week. Email priddypositivek9s@comcast.net to be to be put on the list for notification of upcoming sessions.

This is a class designed to help the handler proof his or her dog for the Performance Ring.
It will explore and sharpen your skills in shaping behaviors.

Folks will also learn to improve their handling skills! Let the dogs lose the points

Learn how to break down teaching steps for things such as -- competition heeling, intro to the dumbbell, glove, scent articles (i.e., shape the hold), drop on recall, hand signals, go outs, conditioning work, attention games, freestyle moves, training tricks, etc. And its All FUN!

*Classes may be subject to change. Unless noted all class are 6 weeks long. Cost is $110.

Private Tutoring Classes -$200

These sessions are available for those who prefer one-on-one attention. This is a 6 week course designed around you and your dogs needs. While most tutoring classes are held during the day, we do our best to fit the classes to your schedule. Classes are held at the Dude Ranch.

Behavioral Consultations

These available for those who are dealing with specific canine issues and/or problems.
Consultations are by appointment only and last about one hour.
The first consultation is held at the Dude Ranch. The cost is $70.
Further in home consultations start at $85 and may increase due to location

Making Conformation FUN!
This topic is available as a one day workshop. If your group or club is interested, please Email for information.
Making Conformation Fun is a class is for your young show prospects or dogs that have soured on showing.
It is designed to TEACH your dog the that game of being a show dog is fun
and to help bring out that extra spark needed to catch the judges eye.
